Your results are dependent on many factors… including but not limited to your ability to work hard, commit yourself, and do whatever it takes.

charging based on value is definitely the way to go rather than by volume! Everyone is happy in that scenario! Client gets great high quality copy and the copy writer gets paid for successful work.

I agree with Dan, that charging per word or per page isn’t great for either party. If it’s possible to charge per month, that would be great for both parties, although this may be difficult if you are just starting out.

    • BiggHomi

A copywriter should charged more for the consistent quality work. Because too often people undervalue there work and it never gets appreciated the way it should be.

Dan, I saw many recent videos of high ticket closing clients that complained about your course that they paid $10,000 for. They said your free videos are much better than the paid content, that you teach them very basic sales stuff that they could have googled themselves, and the so called live videos are pre recorded

    • Brenda White

How can you do the percentage when you, as the copywriter, are not privy to the client’s revenue. @3:49 “You gotta trust the client that the client will pay you when the results are there.” So it’s based on the merit system. Hmmm, I would probably opt for the 50%/50% until that trust is established. Thank you.
